About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador - Lead Generation Specialist to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It does not involve hard selling or cold calling.

The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $18 per hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses for qualified appointments. Total compensation is stated as $25–$35+ per hour for top performers, with the possibility of earning more. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, and career growth into sales and leadership roles is available. Schedules are flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and moving on after hearing “no.”
