Brand Ambassador/ Field Marketer – Uncapped Weekly Bonuses & Flexible Weekends
About The Position
United Home Experts (UHE) is seeking competitive, motivated Field Marketers to join their core events team. This role is ideal for individuals who love talking to people and want a position where their earnings directly reflect their effort. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. The role involves engaging with event attendees to capture leads and schedule appointments, representing the UHE brand at various regional events, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and participating in team trainings to enhance communication and sales skills.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle (car/truck/SUV)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for an event
- Ability to lift and move 30+ lbs for event setup
- Ability to stand for hours at a time
- Availability to work 2-4 weekends per month based on available events
Nice To Haves
- Occasional driving of the UHE team van or transporting event supplies in your personal vehicle may be required
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with event attendees to capture leads and schedule in-home appointments
- Represent the UHE brand at exciting regional events, including Home Shows, Farmers Markets, and Community Festivals
- Assist with setting up and breaking down eye-catching event displays
- Attend team trainings (remote and in-person) to sharpen communication and sales skills
