About The Position

Express Flooring is seeking talented Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at events and trade shows. This role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments for free in-home consultations, and actively engaging with potential clients to understand their flooring needs and inform them about product offerings. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, an uncapped bonus plan, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Brand Ambassadors are expected to achieve goals, attend team meetings, and set up/dismantle event booths. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, has strong communication skills, is motivated to build the brand, and can work independently or as part of a team. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required, along with the ability to stand for 4-6 hours and reliable transportation.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and enjoyment of initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills
Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand
Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
Reliable transportation
