About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent its premium window and door solutions at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, building interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It offers a $20-per-hour base rate plus weekly bonuses for qualified appointments, paid biweekly. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. The position includes a flexible schedule, paid training, ongoing coaching, and potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. No experience is required; training is provided.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- A smartphone.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Comfort starting conversations with strangers and hearing “no.”
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort in a performance-based environment.
- No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales experience.
