About The Position
Headkount is hiring a dedicated Brand Advisor to represent rhode at Sephora locations across the Seattle market. This is part-time W-2 employment dedicated to one brand, with competitive pay based on experience. The role includes scheduled shifts at Sephora locations and requires weekend availability. Headkount offers training, ongoing brand education, coaching, and support.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience.
- Genuine passion for rhode and skincare.
- Strong selling and education background.
- Experience hosting beauty events.
- Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
- Ability and drive to work independently.
- Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
- Weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Become the in-store rhode expert and drive sales toward brand goals.
- Educate shoppers and store teams on rhode’s products and story.
- Host and support rhode launches and in-store events.
- Keep rhode’s displays sharp and on-brand.
- Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app.
