About The Position
Headkount is hiring a dedicated Brand Advisor to represent rhode at Sephora locations across Orange County. This is part-time W-2 employment dedicated to one brand, combining freelance beauty work with steady W-2 hours and pay, training, and support. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. The role includes scheduled shifts at Sephora locations and requires weekend availability. The Brand Advisor serves as an in-store rhode expert, educating shoppers and store teams about the brand and its products, supporting sales goals, and helping deliver launches and in-store events. The advisor maintains on-brand displays, completes a brief store survey after each shift, and stays connected through the Headkount app.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience.
- Genuine passion for rhode and skincare.
- Strong selling and education background.
- Experience hosting beauty events.
- Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
- Ability and drive to work independently.
- Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
- Weekend availability.
Responsibilities
