About The Position
As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you will represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at Sephora, Ulta, and other retailers across Seattle. This part-time W-2 role offers a steady schedule while allowing you to work across different brands and stores. Pay is hourly and based on experience. You will be scheduled at retail locations across your market, and weekend availability is required. Headkount provides hands-on training, ongoing brand education, coaching, and community support.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience.
- Strong selling and education background.
- Experience hosting beauty events.
- Confident, professional, team-player attitude.
- Ability and drive to work independently.
- Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls.
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market.
- Weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet goals for the brands you support.
- Train store teams on products and selling strategies.
- Host and support in-store brand events.
- Maintain sharp, on-brand merchandising.
- Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app.
