The Brand Activation Manager (BAM) is responsible for executing and growing the local presence of Watermill Express within their market and is known as the local marketing expert. This role serves as the on-the-ground marketing lead, driving awareness, trial, and usage through field marketing, community engagement, and local partnerships. This is not an “office” job; the Marketing Area Manager is constantly out ‘in the field’ making things happen. The BAM works closely with the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to bring field marketing strategy to life at the local level by developing and implementing a localized field marketing playbook, specifically for their market. This is a highly hands-on, field-based role focused on execution, team support, and delivering measurable results in-market.
