Essity North America is looking for an experienced Brand Activation Manager, who is responsible for executing the brand activation strategy and ensuring consistent and impactful brand initiatives across North America to increase Tork brand awareness, distinctiveness, and superiority. Requirements

  • As an ideal candidate for the Tork Brand Activation Manager role, you are a strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit, capable of developing and executing comprehensive activation plans that align with long-term goals.
  • You possess excellent communication skills to manage relationships with our regional PR and trade media agency and oversee local communications and social media presence.
  • With a keen eye for detail, you ensure campaign materials are delivered and activated consistently with brand guidelines.
  • You are customer-focused and you are curious, always seeking new ways to enhance brand activation tactics that are highly engaging and drive our Tork brand.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance reporting of regional activation plans for HoReCa and Industry campaigns in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Work closely with the regional PR and trade media agency to execute campaigns effectively, track performance, and capture learnings to improve future activations.
  • Drive a consistent social media presence for Tork across the region, supporting the advocacy program to expand reach and engagement.
  • Shape and steward A&P investment strategy, allocating resources to the highest-impact initiatives, tracking performance against KPIs, and optimizing spend to deliver against Brand team objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with customer marketing and sales teams to deliver strong end-customer experiences at brand lead events, incorporating post-event feedback and insights to enhance future activations.
  • Build strong relationships with prioritized industry associations and key opinion leaders, supporting brand visibility, credibility, and trust gathering insights to inform ongoing activations.
