In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company Inc. aspires to hire an Administrative Support Representative for our growing team! We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be a fast learner, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, and be able to multi-task.
  • Must have good time management skills; have strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years prior experience in administrative positions preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new customers and foster long-term relationships with them.
  • Provide support with daily activities in customer service/billing.
  • Handle internal communication with different sales professionals.
  • Answering phones.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
