About The Position

Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls to join their team. This role provides high-level customer service support for assigned Branches and maintains field force Contract, Licensing, and Registration records. The analyst will function as an information resource and quality control, entering, updating, and maintaining records for new hire processing, individual licensing, and registration needs. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site for a balance of flexibility and team collaboration.

  • Insurance Legal and Regulatory Environment: Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations; ability to comply with these laws and regulations in insurance industry practices and activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Insurance licensing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records.
  • Function as an information resource and quality control.
  • Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs.
  • Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates.
  • Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.
