Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls to join our team! This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $42,000-$50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Insurance licensing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records.
  • Function as an information resource and quality control.
  • Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs.
  • Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates.
  • Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.
