Our Branch Support Advocates support the daily operations of the teller line in conjunction with our leadership teams. You will be a “Subject Matter Expert” on products related to member accounts, electronic delivery channels and loan products handled/maintained in the branch. There is no list of products to sell – we believe in simply advocating for our members while providing support to our internal and external communities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six months’ experience working in a financial institution.
  • Some teller and/or customer service experience.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Desire to help others and our community.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the teller line in conjunction with leadership teams.
