What You’ll Do: The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the branch team, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and continuous performance improvement. This includes recruiting and developing talent, overseeing daily workflows, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, addressing member needs, monitoring performance metrics, driving change initiatives, and fostering community relationships for business growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field
  • Networking within communities to attract new business and build strong relationships.
  • One (1) year leadership experience or equivalent leadership training.
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be bondable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members by setting clear expectations, providing consistent feedback, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing and engaged team environment
  • Strong operational and analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and implement strategies that drive branch performance and efficiency
  • Advanced communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence, resolve member concerns, collaborate across teams, and represent the organization effectively within the community
  • Adaptability and innovative thinking, with the ability to lead teams through change, encourage continuous improvement, and navigate evolving business needs with resilience and confidence
  • Technical proficiency and business acumen, including the ability to quickly learn new technologies, utilize digital tools, and apply financial services knowledge to support operations and member solutions

  • One (1) year experience working in financial services (transaction processing, new accounts, loans..etc)
