About The Position

Timpte is seeking a Branch Sales Representative for its Whitestown, Indiana location. The role manages and sells new and used trailers within an assigned industry and territory in Indiana, supporting growth in market share for Timpte trailers. The position includes travel throughout the assigned territory and sales both at the branch and in the field. Base pay is up to $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus annual and quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

• Must possess or be able to gain an understanding of the hopper and agricultural (AG) industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage sales.
• Travel throughout the territory and make sales calls on customers.
• Sell new and used trailers in the store and in the field as required.
• Maintain territory market share.
• Prepare sales quotes for customers.
• Manage the sales lot and inventory.
• Create and process purchase orders and reconditioning bills for used trailers, as well as bills for repairs or modifications to new trailers as required.
• Provide specifications and values for used trailers.
