The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They are responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market. The Branch Sales Manager sets a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits. They monitor progress against revenue objectives and are jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization. They monitor sales start rates through the key relationship with Operational Leadership and serve as a steward of the RentokilTerminix business model to ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence at the branch level. They monitor, coach, and develop the team to provide effective growth and development. They plan, organize, and order any job-related items for new hires and work with new hires to evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in the field and provide constructive feedback. They communicate to leadership any team training needs for continuous improvement. They increase unit sales and dollars by implementing, teaching, and enforcing company sales practices. They work in the field with sales colleagues daily and maintain minimum sales activity requirements. They monitor and ensure creative and methodically sound sales programs, proper use of sales materials, and inventory of sales materials. They set an excellent management example and quality image.
