The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They are responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market. Key Performance Indicators include Customer NPS, Revenue growth, Cost control, Customer retention, and Colleague retention and engagement. This role is with the Rentokil family of companies, a global leader in Pest Control and other services. This role involves managing a team of frontline sales colleagues, supporting collaboration between Sales and Operations, leading team meetings focused on performance and skill development, and providing technical training. The manager will conduct one-on-one debriefs, ensure performance standards are met, and set a strong example for their team. They will monitor progress against revenue objectives, serve as a steward of the business model, and coach their team for growth and development. The role also includes planning for new hires, implementing and teaching company sales practices, and maintaining minimum sales activity requirements. The manager will monitor sales programs, ensure proper use of sales materials, and set an excellent management example.
