The Branch Sales Manager is a leadership position that oversees branch customer relationships and operational functions to ensure facilities and processes run smoothly. A primary function is managing, leading, and evaluating staff to ensure they achieve their highest level of customer service as well as personal development goals. This position drives growth of the full spectrum of banking services provided by Richwood Bank, from handling consumer products in branch to referring all ancillary services. They are responsible for the procurement of new external relationships, focusing efforts on a list of "Top 100" Prospects. Their goal is to acquire new relationships and strengthen existing customer relationships. It is essential to coordinate the customer relationship with the Lending team as well as branch personnel to ensure success for both the Bank and the customer.
