About The Position

New Branch Opening Soon — Be Part of the Launch! We are preparing to open a new branch and are looking for a dynamic team member to help drive a successful launch. The selected candidate will play a key role during the pre-opening phase, including training across multiple locations. During the training period and until the new branch officially opens, regular travel to our existing branches will be required. Locations include Flint, Clio, Owosso, Davison, Fenton, Orion Township, Clarkston, Swartz Creek, Grand Blanc, and Lapeer. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position. Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authorization to work in the location where they apply.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of banking, credit union, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for members, handling transactions and account needs
• Answer questions and recommend products/services
• Resolve issues and support financial education
• Build strong member relationships
