About The Position

Toromont Cat is looking for a Receptionist/Branch Administrator to join our team in Concord, ON! This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact with our valued customers and visitors as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch.

Requirements

  • Minimum post-secondary education
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative position

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate safe and environmentally responsible work practices in alignment with Toromont’s Health & Safety policies and programs
  • Provide prompt, and professional responses to internal and external customer inquiries
  • Greet customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in professional manner, ensuring accurate message taking and appropriate follow up
  • Coordinate travel accommodations and flight arrangements as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for parts documentation
  • Complete daily cheque deposits
  • Register and discharge PPSA for RPOs and new machine sales
  • Process CAT Card transactions through the Fast Iron system
  • Run lien cheques on trades as requested by the Sales team
  • Process credit applications on behalf of the Credit Team
  • Email invoices and account statements to customers upon request
  • Create and submit refund requests
  • Maintain and update customer profiles in the operating system
  • Complete and submit required EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) forms
  • Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required
