About The Position

Republic Finance is seeking Branch Operations Interns for a program intended for current college juniors or seniors interested in finance or business. They work alongside branch team members and leaders to gain hands-on experience with customer service and sales, compliance, loan closing, leadership, and branch operations improvement projects involving other departments. The program also introduces participants to company initiatives and potential career paths. The role is 100% onsite, pays $15.00 per hour, and requires availability for at least 18–20 hours per week. The company states that successful program completion may lead to an offer of full-time employment after graduation.
