About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience and branch operations by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital banking solutions, making appropriate introductions to bankers, and completing operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies. The coordinator performs routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks; supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling; and resolves daily teller-line issues under the direction of regional banking management. The role also helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns, identifies services to meet customers’ financial needs, and motivates a diverse team to achieve business objectives. The position is based at 4233 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97213, and the schedule may include most Saturdays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services to meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues in a timely and effective manner.
