About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital banking solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. It performs routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks in accordance with bank procedures and products, while minimizing risk and following established policies. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves daily teller-line issues under regional banking management direction, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns. The role exercises judgment within defined policies and procedures, provides excellent service by building relationships and completing transactions, identifies services to meet customers’ financial needs, and motivates a diverse team to meet business objectives. The position is based at one of the listed Nashville-area branches. Its schedule may include most Saturdays, and it is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination.
Ability to provide strong customer service by listening, eliciting information, and understanding customer issues.
Ability to educate customers about technology and explain the value of mobile banking options.
Ability to interact with customers and employees with integrity and professionalism.
Ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and follow policy guidelines.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
