About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports the customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and introducing customers to bankers. It performs operational, transactional, and customer-support tasks in accordance with bank procedures and policies, while minimizing risk. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves teller-line issues under regional banking management, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns. The position also involves identifying services that meet customers’ financial needs and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The role is based at 950 Holiday Dr, Moorhead, Minnesota, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable Wells Fargo risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures, and escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
