PurposeCare is seeking a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Branch Office Coordinator to support the local branch in providing care for clients' needs. This role involves handling various office responsibilities and supporting caregivers who serve the community's most vulnerable. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and interview aides based on branch needs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on best practices, strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of pre-employment activities in compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted.
  • Consult with the HR Manager on all employee-related matters, including corrective actions, terminations, promotions, and demotions, prior to taking action.
  • Assist with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification.
