About The Position

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role supports financial advisors in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, contributing unique experiences and professional backgrounds. The role involves supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.   • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management: Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.

Responsibilities
