About The Position

The Branch Member Specialist works in a branch sales and service environment, cross-selling and upselling products while providing excellent customer service and contributing to team goals. The role serves members and customers with a range of AAA services, including DMV vehicle license and registration services, notary services where offered, travel assistance, passport photos, payments, and reservations. The starting pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on team and individual performance.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service or sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license as required.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays in accordance with branch requirements.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At offices that offer notary services, obtain a Notary Public license within one year.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine their needs, and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration, and notary services as required.
• Meet sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare and provide TripTik® travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, provide accurate change and receipts, and balance and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information.
