About The Position

The Branch Member Specialist works in a branch sales and service environment, cross-selling and upselling products while providing excellent customer service and contributing to team success. The role serves members and customers with travel, vehicle, notary, payment, and other AAA products and services, and works toward sales and service goals. The starting pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on team and individual performance.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service or sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license as required.
• Experience with basic Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays in accordance with branch requirements.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• High school diploma or GED.
• For offices offering notary services, obtain a Notary Public credential within one year.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine their needs, and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration, and notary services as required.
• Meet sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare and provide TripTik® travel routes, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, provide accurate change and receipts, and balance and reconcile the cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information.
