Branch Manager (Bilingual - Spanish) - Prospect Heights, IL
About The Position
Wintrust is seeking a Branch Manager who will be responsible for managing daily branch operations while actively developing existing and new customer relationships. The Branch Manager works with other lines of business to maximize the growth and profitability of the banking center. This role involves overseeing branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management. The manager will also manage the sales performance of the banking center staff through coaching, staff development, and addressing performance issues. Additionally, the Branch Manager will resolve escalated customer matters, perform Personal Banker duties as needed, and establish and enhance the bank's presence in the local community through networking and outbound calling efforts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bilingual - Spanish is required
- Previous retail banking and managerial experience
- Previous business development experience
- Experience working with small business customers

- College degree or related banking experience preferred
