About The Position

Wintrust is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing daily branch operations while actively developing existing and new customer relationships. The Branch Manager works with other lines of business to maximize the growth and profitability of the banking center. This position involves overseeing branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management. The manager will also be responsible for managing the sales performance of the banking center staff through coaching, staff development, and addressing performance issues. Resolving escalated customer matters and performing Personal Banker duties as necessary are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, the Branch Manager will establish and enhance the bank's presence in the local community by participating in networking events and initiating outbound calling efforts to drive branch sales.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous retail banking and managerial experience
• Previous business development experience and experience working with small business customers
• Bilingual - Spanish is required

• College degree or related banking experience preferred
