Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
  • Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.
  • Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.
  • Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
  • Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.
  • Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
  • Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
