Requirements

• 2+ years’ sales experience.
• A successful track record of personal sales success.
• 2+ years’ sales management experience required.
• CRM experience, including call review for sales team members.
• Training experience in consultative selling techniques and strategies.
• A team player, leader, and coach, able to develop and leverage the strengths of the team members.
• Highly motivated and able to motivate and influence others.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-department management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, motivate, and align our sales and operations teams into one cohesive unit from our Columbia, MD Support Center.
• Manage and grow the sales team, working side-by-side with them to generate new business.
• Spend several afternoons a week out in the field with your team to help secure new business and retain current customers.
• Oversee daily operations, helping your team solve problems and maintain high customer retention.
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees with continuous daily and weekly coaching.
• Meet with potential franchisees and provide ongoing guidance, training, and growth support to our existing franchise base.
• Complete all administrative and performance reporting duties in a timely fashion.

• $90k+ salary plus monthly uncapped commission based upon office performance.
