About The Position

The Branch Manager is a regional leader for ABM's Business & Industry segment, managing operations and teams providing facilities services (custodial, facilities maintenance) to businesses located in the Oklahoma/Arkansas regions. This role is responsible for the growth, operational and financial success of their region. They will lead a diverse team, provide support, direction and coaching to site managers, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage, and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership and work to continuously develop operational team members.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Grow the branch through collaborating with the sales and operations team to secure new customers and specialty work.
Oversee financials, budgets, and profitability, ensuring the company's financial health.
Build and empower a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Establish and nurture a high-level of customer intimacy by delivering exceptional services and being the trusted advisor.
Provide support, direction and coaching to site managers.
