About The Position

Cascade Fence & Deck is seeking a motivated individual to run a branch location and own results. The role begins as an Ops Manager, focusing on field operations, crew management, problem-solving, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Upon proving capabilities, the role can advance to Branch Manager, with full P&L responsibility, hiring/firing, team building, and driving branch growth. This is a challenging role for someone who thrives on responsibility and results.

Responsibilities

• Work with crews, PMs, and the shop/yard.
• Keep jobs moving, with no excuses.
• Fix problems quickly before they escalate.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Work with the team to deliver an amazing customer experience.
• Operate in the field, office, and on the phone.
• Run the location as Branch Manager (after proving capabilities).
• Own profit and loss numbers.
• Manage hiring and firing.
• Build the team around you.
• Drive growth and scaling of the branch.
