About The Position

J&J Exterminating, Co. is seeking a Branch Manager to provide key leadership on the branch level, ensuring customer service and satisfaction while optimizing company production and revenue. This role involves maintaining order and accountability in daily operations, assisting with staffing needs, and ensuring state regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will interface with customers, technicians, and customer service representatives, enhance branch profitability and growth through daily operations, account retention, and support. Responsibilities also include training new hires, maintaining inner office workflow and safety protocols, positively interacting with team members, and managing branch personnel to ensure job instructions and daily routes are clearly communicated. The role involves communicating employee evaluations, maintaining regular communication with team members and supervisors to address concerns, and ensuring a staffed office with associated managerial duties for direct reports.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
  • Valid Louisiana or Texas Driver License
  • Background Check and Drug Testing Required
  • Frequent Physical Exertion such as: bending, kneeling, stretching, & carrying up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Supervision
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills
  • Pest and Termite Field Experience
  • Exhibit computer, smartphone and iPad literacy with programs and apps such email, Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe e-sign, etc.
  • Pass and maintain Applicator Licensure within state(s) of employment.
  • Attend annual recertification for licensure.
  • Continually build product knowledge by attending trade shows, conducting product literature reviews, and completing vendor online training.
  • Tidy grooming habits required.
  • Limited facial hair restricted according to OSHA respirator guidelines for safe use.
  • Adherence to company dress policy and company issued uniform program guidelines as laid out in employee handbook.

Responsibilities
