About The Position

As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team. You will create a welcoming environment for clients and employees, represent Chase’s brand and culture, deliver banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with specialists to support clients’ financial needs. Before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager, you must successfully complete the Branch Manager Training Program. You must also be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings, which may include out-of-state travel. This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant information. A felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies candidates from consideration. Continued employment depends on compliance with applicable Loan Originator requirements and the SAFE Act, including NMLS registration immediately after the start date and timely completion of annual renewals and required updates.
