Branch Manager, Register Nurse, RN
About The Position
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the branch location, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, ACHC standards, and agency policies and procedures. The role provides leadership and coordinates services for clinical and non-clinical personnel within the branch to ensure services are delivered appropriately. The position is based at 2320 S 31st St Ste. 104, Temple, TX 76504. Capitol Home Health is a family-owned and operated healthcare agency serving Central Texas, with offices in Austin, Temple, and San Antonio. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
- Two years of home health experience.
- Knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10 coding.
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Current CPR certification obtained in person, including a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
- Effective communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organization and ability to multitask and prioritize assignments and duties.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Access to reliable transportation.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
