About The Position

Requirements

• Valid RN license in Michigan.
• CPR certification obtained within the last two years.
• Physical examination completed within the last year.
• Two-step TB test completed within the last year.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with healthcare software and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage patient treatments, assist with medical procedures, and coordinate patient care plans.
• Conduct or oversee two-step TB testing, monitor patients for signs of tuberculosis, arrange appropriate follow-up for patients who may test positive, and ensure caregivers undergo TB screening.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare management, treatment options, and preventative care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Observe patient conditions, identify changes in health status, and report findings to the medical team.
• Support patients with daily activities as needed while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Use computer systems to document patient information, update care plans, and access medical records.
