Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of all team member related functions
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading claims adjusters required.
  • Must have Workers Compensation/TPA background.
  • Active Adjusters' licenses: Must be licensed in the states that are being handled or reciprocals.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an adjuster preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Define branch goals and motivate performance at the highest level.

  • Actively engage with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner to cultivate relationships.
  • Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.
