About The Position
Lead our Davenport branch - and own a piece of it. Rexco is employee-owned, so the people who drive results share in them. The Role: Run the full branch: the team, the customers, and the P&L. Own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs. Recruit, coach, and lead the team. Direct Sales, Service, Parts and Rental. Manage inventory levels, turns, and audits. Keep the facility, yard, and fleet sharp. Represent Rexco at customer and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years related experience (a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication
- Comfort with budgets and forecasting
- Microsoft Office; business systems a plus
