About The Position

We are seeking a Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager for our Evanston Branch. This role involves analyzing members' financial needs, leading and motivating branch sales and service staff, and achieving assigned sales goals. The manager will oversee a team of 5.5 FTE employees and handle a variety of consumer/personal deposit and loan applications. There is a strong emphasis on new memberships, loans, and cross-selling additional products and services. The manager will also be responsible for organizing and participating in community and Select Employee Group events to promote First Northern products and services.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate branch sales and service staff.
Achieve assigned sales goals for the branch and department.
Analyze members' financial needs.
Handle consumer/personal deposit and loan applications from start to finish.
Focus on new memberships and loans.
Follow up on new membership applications, pending lending applications, completed lending applications, and cross-sale tickets.
Conduct outbound calling.
Cross-sell additional products and services to achieve household and product penetration goals.
Organize and participate in community and Select Employee Group events.
Lead efforts in coordination with Business Development and Marketing Departments to promote products and services.
Work with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to strengthen relationships.
