About The Position
We are a dynamic company with growth opportunities in the credit union industry, seeking a Branch Sales Manager (a.k.a. Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager) for our Chicago-Streeterville Branch at Northwestern Medicine. The role involves analyzing members' financial needs, leading and motivating branch sales and service staff, and achieving assigned sales goals. The branch is located on Northwestern Medicine's Chicago campus and consists of 5.0 FTE employees.
Requirements
- Sales and management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Solid computer skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Math skills.
- Communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Credit union or banking experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the branch sales and service staff with proven skills in leadership, sales, business development, and lending.
