About The Position
The YMCA of Metro North seeks an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as Branch Executive Director of the Torigian Family YMCA, one of the Association's flagship branches. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership for membership, programs, community engagement, philanthropy, staff development, and branch operations while supporting a six-location, four-branch YNAN association serving communities throughout Boston's North Shore. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Fundraising and community engagement experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
