As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for contractors, homeowners, and walk-in customers—representing our brand, products, and commitment to exceptional customer service. We manufacture and supply a wide range of hardscape and masonry materials, including brick, concrete blocks, pavers, retaining wall systems, and related landscape products. In this role, you will help customers select the right materials for their projects while supporting the daily operations of our showroom and yard. You will assist customers both in person and over the phone, providing product information, pricing, availability, and order support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a small team environment. We rely on team members who are dependable, proactive, and ready to support one another wherever and whenever needed to ensure excellent service and smooth day-to-day operations.
