About The Position

As a Branch Coordinator, your responsibilities include project management, customer service, administrative support, event planning, directing general office workflow, managing business schedules and travel coordination, and generally solving problems. Your fast-paced regional sales team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead on behalf of the region and who serves as a firm and steady anchor to ensure the team remains focused on what is important. Success in this role requires an energetic, organized, customer-service focused person who will enjoy playing a supporting role at the center of sales activity and processes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, vocational certification, or other educational program related to office management, logistics, business administration, or closely related field.
  • 2 years administrative experience.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel by car to meetings and events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with service coordination, scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the branch through positive, respectful interactions with sales, service, and corporate associates to ensure client satisfaction and timely response.
  • Assist in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, customer service and administrative support.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects by being self-motivated and working independently with limited supervision or direction.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying customer complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution to solve the problem; expediting adjustment; & following up to ensure resolution.
  • Administer the Supply Savings Guarantee program.
  • Monitor and record branch inventory by entering all changes in the sales aid tracking system.
  • Receive, tag and stage parts and equipment.
  • Assist with processing of credits, RMA’s and coordinating manufacturer warranty and factory repairs.
  • Contribute to Burkhart’s success by modeling the Burkhart culture to clients and team members, accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results.
