About The Position

Northwest Pump is seeking a Branch Coordinator for our Sacramento, CA branch. This role is a blend of positions, starting with learning the duties of a Warehouse Specialist to gain background and training, and then progressing to learn the duties of Inside Sales. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, enjoys helping people, and has an inventory/operations background. Northwest Pump is an innovative, well-established distributor of petroleum and industrial equipment with over 60 years in business, located throughout the Western United States.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations / inventory management role
• Customer service experience required
• Strong work ethic
• Computer savvy
• Willing learner
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable; good work history
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to lift/ move up to 50 lbs., and up to 70 lbs. periodically
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Safe driving record and valid driver's license preferred

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience a plus
• Distribution industry experience preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
