About The Position

The Branch Associate I (Teller) position involves providing superior customer service, processing various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. This role requires developing a strong understanding of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations to customers. Adherence to all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws is essential. The position also requires availability for branch opening and closing. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous branch/teller experience or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to the Bank's customers.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, check cashing, loan transactions, and withdrawals.
• Operate a teller station.
• Maintain an adequate and accurate cash drawer and balance it daily.
• Establish a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to provide recommendations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of and adhere to all policies and procedures of the Bank as well as applicable regulations and laws.
• Be available for opening and closing of the branch office.
