About The Position
The Branch Associate I (Teller) position involves providing superior customer service to the Bank's customers. This includes efficiently and accurately processing various transactions such as deposits, check cashing, loan transactions, and withdrawals. The role requires operating a teller station, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and balancing it daily. Additionally, the individual will develop a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations to customers and adhere to all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws. Availability for branch opening and closing is necessary. Ambler Savings Bank is a community-focused bank that values internal promotion and staff training.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good computer skills.

Nice To Haves
- Previous branch/teller experience or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
