About The Position

The Branch Administrator is the heartbeat of the Tri-Citites branch, located in Kingsport, TN, providing essential administrative and financial support that keeps daily operations running smoothly. This role manages a variety of behind-the-scenes responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, reporting, vendor and customer setup, and compliance activities such as IFTA reporting, COIs, and DISA drug-testing coordination. Working closely with branch leadership and other administrative partners, the Branch Administrator ensures records are accurate, deadlines are met, and processes remain organized and compliant. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who values teamwork, communicates effectively, and takes pride in supporting a fast-paced, safety-focused operation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be organized, able to multi-task and team oriented
  • Have attention to detail and be self-motivated
  • Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
  • Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Assistant support for the Branch A/R, A/P functions
  • Posting of monthly safety meetings and material
  • Process bi/weekly credit card transactions
  • Generate and post job files
  • Process new hires by working in conjunction with Human Resources division
  • Assist with Project Management, review timesheets, invoicing, vendors, permits, travel arrangements etc.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
