About The Position

Toromont Cat is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Timmins! This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact with our valued customers and visitors as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
  • Provide efficient, courteous and professional responses and distribution of calls for internal and external customers
  • Greet customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual or department
  • Process weekly payroll, accounts payable and bank deposits
  • Reconcile debit machine payments
  • Source and order office supplies and uniforms
  • Coordinate accommodations and event planning
  • Complete Sales Reps requests by working through Sales Link and provide support to SW Credit team as required or requested
  • Maintain filling and provide other tasks as required
  • Answer phones, book boardrooms, maintain common areas
  • Send, receive and destitute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure contracts are up to date for facility services
  • Set up training for both technical and office requirements
  • Maintain and control the departments purchasing system by tracking all purchase orders and associated invoices, allocating invoices, entering invoices for payment, and filing of purchase orders and invoices
